PROJECT MANAGER

INTERPRISE is seeking an experienced, strong, self-motivated Project Manager to join the Corporate Design Studio. The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the entire project process; advising the Project Team from development of the Fee Proposal all the way through the completion of the Project. The Project Manager is responsible for clear and precise communication to the Project Team (including Consultants), maintaining multiple project schedules ensuring all project milestones and deliverables are met for each Project while monitoring the projects profitability for the duration of the project(s). The Project Manager maintains and nurtures a strong relationship between INTERPRISE and our Client(s) for the duration of the entire project, pre and post to assure Client satisfaction.

Ten years’ experience and State of Texas registration in Architecture or Interior Design is required.

PROJECT INTERIOR DESIGNER

INTERPRISE is seeking an experienced Project Interior Designer who demonstrates strong interior three dimensional design, creativity with management and leadership skills to join our Corporate Design Studio. The Project Interior Designer is responsible for developing three dimensional design concepts, conceptualizing design presentations, as well as presenting to Clients, for multiple commercial and corporate projects simultaneously. The Project Interior Designer is capable of managing all project deliverables and deadlines, guiding the project team with a clear and comprehensible understanding of project profitability. Candidate is self-motivated, confident and capable in all aspects of design with a strong ability to communicate and interact with Clients, consultant and internal team. The Project Interior Designer is highly creative with strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.

Eight to ten years’ experience and State of Texas registration in Interior Design is required.
