Interprise was tasked with updating the clubhouse for the Chenal Pointe apartment community. Combining modern design forms with natural materials and textures allows the space to feel more elevated as well as embraces the Little Rock location. From the start of the design process, it was clear that integrating the existing vaulted ceiling, wood beams, and other architectural features would be the key to a successful design. Keeping these concepts in mind while developing an open and welcoming layout led to an impactful design that makes a statement as potential tenants enter the space.
