New ownership, Younan Company and Interprise took on a large Capital Improvement project at Two Westlake Park, located in Houston’s Energy Corridor. Major updates to the ground floor, lower level, and exterior transformed the building’s untapped potential into a stunning commercial property. Along with a complete lobby and common space remodel, new building amenities were created on the ground floor including multiple lounge spaces, a grab-and-go café, and multi-use conference space. In order to take full advantage of the property’s best views the fitness center was relocated to the lower level, creating new leasable space with lakeside views on the ground floor. A shaded patio area was also developed as an extension of the tenant lounge, allowing employees to gather and relax outside. Interprise developed a design with modern sophistication that would elevate the common spaces, and property as a whole. Every detail of the user experience was evaluated from the parking garage, through the lobby, to the elevators. New monument signs for the exterior as well as interior signage and graphics provide wayfinding as well as continue the design aesthetic throughout the property.
