Comerica Bank Tower Spec Suites
With successful speculative suites planned and quickly leased on another floor, Comerica Bank Tower was ready to finish out an entire floor of move-in ready suites. In order to allow for flexibility and attract different size tenants, Interprise intently omitted demising walls to accommodate tenants from 3,000 RSF and up. Break rooms and conference room were strategically planned throughout the floor to serve tenants no matter what size suite they leased. The speculative suites were finished out in neutral/modern finish palette that is easy for any company to move in without competing against their own branding identity and coordinates with the building standard common area finishes.
