Interprise worked closely with the Brookriver ownership and leasing teams to bring a major refresh to their elevator lobbies, corridors, and tenant lounge. The once dark spaces were lightened through new finishes and lighting elements. As you enter the building a newly designed security desk now greets incoming visitor’s and tenants. Further, the tenant lounge at the heart of the building was opened up to allow for more natural light to penetrate the building. Tenants are now able to enjoy the once hindered large exterior windows and connect with nature. A metal slat wall, large format floor tiles, warm woods and new soft seating provide a luxurious and contemporary feel. Splashes of color are found through decorative wall tiles, artwork and greenery and bring a liveliness that flows throughout the building.
