Burnett Plaza
Interprise worked closely with the Burnett Plaza management and leasing teams to develop a stunning multi-use tenant amenity floor. The project includes a new management office, two tenant lounges, a large conference center, and a separate high-end boardroom. The existing elevator lobby was also remodeled. New country club-style restrooms were created to serve the higher occupancy needs for the conference center. Layering of textures and materials help to create a casual, sophisticated aesthetic for the lounges, which offer tenants in the building multiple spaces to work individually, collaborate, or socialize. An operable partition in the large conference center gives users a variety of options for group sizes and furniture configurations.
