With the rise of co-working spaces and the demand for smaller tenant suites, Cityplace needed an edge to attract the smaller tenant market in Uptown as the building is primarily occupied by full-floor tenants. Interprise partnered with the Cityplace management and leasing team to develop a series of move-in ready suites to help target those tenants. Interprise was charged to create functional work environments that kept in line with the building’s aesthetic and standards. Each speculative suite contains a small reception area, conference room, a mix of private offices, open office areas, and an open break area to cater to a collaborative office culture. Each suite has its own unique, neutral finish scheme so they can be incorporated with any company branding standard.
