M/I Homes, one of the leading home builders in the nation, was looking to make a pivotal move for their corporate office and showroom in Lewisville, Texas. Interprise was tasked with creating a space that felt warm, inviting and had touches of a residential feel that would cater to a homeowner’s design aesthetic. Complementary wood tones and rich textures elevate this first floor space to create enticement for guests. Interprise envisioned an elevated “work-café” that will facilitate connections across the office and for the company, bringing in touches of the M/I Homes branding.
