Nucor Building Systems sought to modernize their office environment and reflect their evolving culture after operating in a previous location for several years. As a leading designer and manufacturer of metal building systems, they take great pride in their product—and wanted their new space to reflect that.

Their new office needed to accommodate a growing team while also serving as a subtle showcase of their work. Interprise was tasked with creating a comfortable, functional workspace that supports team growth, fosters a healthy office culture, and highlights Nucor’s craftsmanship.

The reception area was designed to make a strong first impression—minimalist and sophisticated, allowing Nucor’s product to take center stage. The office’s layout, which includes a high concentration of private offices, provided ideal gallery walls for large-scale photography, displayed in a clean, museum-like format.

At the heart of the workplace is a spacious break room that acts as both a central gathering space and a connector between office wings. Its accessible location encourages spontaneous interaction and reinforces Nucor’s commitment to collaboration and employee well-being.
