Riverside Commons is a six-building campus. Interprise partnered with property owner representatives to create a solution that transformed several existing unused spaces into an amenities center. An adjacent lounge/dining area, with its open, airy floor plan, innovative lighting, contemporary furniture, and fresh finishes provides a welcoming environment. Additionally, office space was converted into a large tenant conference center. The existing fitness center was updated with new finishes throughout.
