A long-time partnership with Hillwood Urban afforded the opportunity to collaborate on a full floor of high-end spec suites at Victory Commons One. Sophisticated yet raw finish palettes, nod to the aesthetic of the world class office building. Refined lighting design incorporates multiple layers of light sources delineating and elevating the workplace within each suite. The composition of the floor allows for the flexibility of any tenant. Larger flex-suites provide the opportunity for tenants to customize their size with thoughtfully designed receptions, boardrooms and break areas. With move-in ready suites fully outfitted with unique designs and acoustical features to balance the open design concepts, this project creates a true plug-and-play aspect for any tenant.
